Jacob Wilen, AMFT
Mental illness runs in my family. Over the years, I have witnessed and supported those closest to me navigate the healthcare system, hospitalizations, medication changes, setbacks, and successes. I know firsthand what the daily work of mental health looks like. My treatment approach is customized for each client, integrating multiple evidence-based interventions as needed. Having been in therapy myself for over 18 years, I have personally benefited from and deeply believe in every method I use.
I am an expert contributor with Healthline.com, AOL and Parade Magazine’s mental health content divisions.
