Healing is hard work.

Weekly talk therapy can help.

Life would be much easier if we only faced one problem at a time. Instead, we are often handed a rough mix of stressful situations, emotional rollercoasters, and family conflicts—Sometimes all in a single day.

For those with the added burden of a mental health disorder, it can sometimes feel impossible. Getting some extra support can help you manage symptoms, find solutions, and create a life worth living.

Hi, I’m Jacob Wilen, AMFT.

My small private practice allows me to see fewer clients and spend more time crafting your personalized, evolving treatment plan. Between sessions, I use research, expert consultations, and careful reflection to enhance your quality of care. I am a registered associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT #141949) at Both & More Psychotherapy, where I am supervised by Hank Berman, LMFT. I often partner with journalists and media outlets to bridge the gap between mental health research and public understanding. My work has been featured on Healthline.com, Yahoo Lifestyle, and in Parade Magazine.
